FEBRUARY THOUGHTS

Unlike a lot of other people, I really like February - perhaps because it is my birthday month - perhaps because I am a cold weather kind of person.

In any case, you have to admit that February is a pretty cool month. It has Ground Hog’s Day, Valentine’s Day, an extra day every four years, and a lot of birthdays of friends, relatives, and presidents!

Oh, and did I mention that we also have Winter Festival every year in Lambertville/New Hope! (www.WinterFestival.net) What a great weekend we just had. The Eileen Ivers event was fantastic and I heard all the other events were big hits. This year at the Chili Cook-Off I met folks from Downingtown and Chadds Ford, PA, some folks from northern NJ, and a few locals! It was a great afternoon. Thanks to everyone who supported the event and our community.

Yeah February!
